Please, Thank you and Sorry are simple, yet very powerful words that show gratitude and recognition. A civilized person asks for permission, says thanks or apologises when wrong.

The word ‘please’, a non-invasive approach, which renews confidence and respect, to not take everything for granted.

Sometimes, kindness and the ability to 'thank' are seen as a sign of weakness, and arouse suspicion. Whereas, it promotes gratitude, recognition and human dignity.

'Sorry' is the recognition of a mistake or a misdeed, and willingness to give back what has been taken away in terms of respect, honesty, and love. If we are unable to apologize, it means that we are unable to forgive. Lack of apology leads to stagnation in relationships, where wounds grow.

Never end a day without making peace and life will be more beautiful.
